Placing an Order
Do I need to create an account to order online?
For your convenience, Luxor Maison provides guest checkout - no account is needed to order online.
How can I ensure the furniture I am ordering fits in my home?
Please see our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines. These are merely guidelines for measuring and do not guarantee your furniture will fit.
Does Luxor Maison warranty its merchandise?
Luxor Maison warrants all of its products to be free of defects in both construction materials and workmanship for the number of years noted in its Limited Warranty when used in a residential (non-commercial) setting.
Payment and Payment Options
How is tax applied to my order?
Taxes will be calculated based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated by the shipping address. Each locale has different laws regarding taxation of merchandise as well as freight and handling charges.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Please note; products will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by LUXOR MAISON.
Can I purchase or redeem an Luxor Maison Gift Card online?
Delivery and Shipping
How do I calculate the delivery fee to my area?
My residence won’t be ready for weeks. If I place my order, can you hold my items at your warehouse?
Will I receive all of the items on my order at the same time?
If you place an order for several items, and some items are available for immediate delivery, while others are not, your order will be shipped in multiple shipments. If any items delivered via White Glove Delivery Service are deferred, delivery will occur once all of the items become available and ready to ship. If you would like to split your deferred order into multiple shipments, additional delivery charges will be incurred.
Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery?
Yes. A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be home to accept furniture delivery and inspect the order.
Deliveries are made by appointment, so please ensure that someone is present at the time of delivery.
What if I have an issue during or after my delivery?
What if my items do not fit upon delivery?
Please be sure to check our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines before placing your order. These guidelines will help you ensure that your furniture will fit into the desired space.
We cannot refund delivery fees if your order does not fit through all interior structures or into the desired space.

Can I change my order?
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order with us. You can do this by emailing us at contact@luxormaison.com.
If you wish to cancel an item which is customised in any way, you will need to do this within 3 working days of placing the order.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, excluding the original cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original inner and outer packaging.
We do not accept Returns and Exchanges of customized products.
We will also not refund delivery fees if an item is returned because it is damaged in transit or has a manufacturer defect. If you receive an item and decide you do not want it for any reason, you must contact us within 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise to make arrangements for its return or exchange.
What if my item(s) does not look like what I saw online?
Every piece is unique, and no two will be exactly alike. The little details are a big reminder that a real person created something special just for you.
We do not accept Returns, Exchanges or Refunds if the product or material don't look alike.
